We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our website forms, such as requesting voting reminders, requesting a yard sign, signing up to volunteer, or inviting Charlotte to speak.

  • Election Reminders Form: We collect your Email Address or Mobile Phone Number and your ZIP Code to send voting alerts and election notices.
  • Yard Sign Request Form: We collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number (optional), Street Address, ZIP Code, and lawn delivery preferences.
  • Volunteer Form: We collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, ZIP Code, and selected campaign activities (e.g. door knocking, phone banking).
  • Speaking Invitation & Inquiry Form: We collect Contact Name, Organization Name, Email, Phone, Event Date, Location, Audience Size, and optional message.
  • Consent Choices: We store explicit email and SMS opt-in selections. Consent is never prechecked by default.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected exclusively for campaign-related activities, including:

  • Delivering requested yard signs to homes within Princeton ISD boundaries.
  • Coordinating campaign volunteer walks, phone banking, and neighborhood meetups.
  • Sending requested voting date reminders, early voting alerts, and district updates.
  • Responding directly to constituent questions or speaking invitations.

We prioritize the security of your supporter data. All form submissions are transmitted securely and stored in an encrypted database environment accessible only to authorized campaign team members.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or mobile phone number with third-party marketers, commercial companies, or outside organizations.

4. Opting Out & Unsubscribing

You may opt out of receiving email or text communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of campaign emails, or by replying “STOP” to any text message. You may also contact us directly to request data deletion.
